Onboarding Day Introduction
Welcome to the Onboarding Day!
We are thrilled to have you join our team at Deliveree BOC Response. Thisย onboarding program is designed to provide you with the necessary knowledge, tools, and support to get you startedย as a customer service agent. We understand that starting a new position can be both exciting and overwhelming, but rest assured that we are here to guide you every step of the way.
To kick off the day, you will have the opportunity to meet with various key individuals who play a crucial role in our organization. Here's a breakdown of the sessions you will be attending:
Introduction with HR (90 minutes)
This session will familiarize you with the company's organization, policies and procedures.
Introduction with Head of BOC (30 minutes)
This meeting will give you insights into the overall business operations and the goals of the BOC (Business Operations Center) department.
Introduction with Response Team Leader (90 minutes)
Your team leader will provide you with an overview of your role, team dynamics, and expectations.
You will have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss any concerns you may have.
Deliveree Services Introduction (60 minutes)
In this session, you will gain a deeper understanding of the Deliveree services we offer and how they contribute to our customers' satisfaction.
You will learn about the key features, customers, drivers, vehicles, sevice types, processes, and best practices related to our service offerings.
Training Introduction with Team Leader (60 minutes)
Your team leader will introduce you to the training program structure and objectives.
You will receive an overview of the topics covered in the training sessions and the expected learning outcomes.
Chat Tool Training (120 minutes):
This session will focus on providing you with hands-on training on the tools and software (Freshchat) you will be using as a customer service agent.
You will become familiar with the functionalities, features, and navigation of our tools to efficiently assist our customers.
End-of-day review (30 minutes)
To wrap up the day, you will have a team meeting with your team leader.
This meeting will provide an opportunity to establish connections, ask any remaining questions, and receive additional guidance.
Throughout the day, we encourage you to actively engage, ask questions, take notes and participate in the discussions. Our goal is to equip you with the knowledge and resources needed to excel in your role and contribute to our team's success.
